How YAFE fits a service day.
Opening
The day starts with your menu grid on the POS, tables and reservations loaded for the session, and stock levels from yesterday's closing. Staff roles and shift schedules are already set.
Rush hour
Orders flow to the kitchen through the Kitchen Display System with auto-rotating tickets. Splitting bills, moving between tables, and printing receipts happen without leaving the counter. If the internet drops, the offline-first floor keeps taking orders.
Closing
Automated end-of-day closing ties sales to payments across Stripe, eSewa, and Khalti. Stock is updated from the session's waste and usage.
VAT filing
Nepal VAT reports export Annex 5 and Annex 13 directly from the 26+ report set — no re-keying into spreadsheets.
