For a better experience while using our website and platform, we collect personal data on certain areas of the Sites when you register for a YEDU account (as admin, teacher, student, or parent), request a demo, sign up for newsletters and alerts, contact support, or use our school/college management tools.
The information we collect includes name, email address, phone number, institution details, student records (such as attendance, grades, performance analytics, and unique lifelong Student ID), and any other data you voluntarily provide. This information will be used to contact or identify you, deliver our services, improve YEDU, and send communications related to your registration or account. Only us or our authorized agents will contact you using this email address. We will send emails to this address related to your registration, account activity, and service updates.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you visit our website or use our platform, we collect information that your browser sends to us that is called Log Data. Student academic data and unique Student IDs are retained for the duration of the institutional relationship plus any legally required period.
