We build products, not just projects
Yukta is a product company, not a generic outsourcing agency. We invest in our own SaaS products — YEDU for education and YAFE for hospitality — which means we eat our own cooking. The discipline of maintaining real products shapes everything else we build.
Software for specific industries
Instead of generic software for everyone, we focus on industries with real operational problems. YEDU is built around the workflows of schools, colleges, and educational institutions. YAFE is built around the floor of cafés and restaurants. Depth beats breadth.

Both products are designed around how institutions and businesses actually work in Nepal — local reporting, local payment methods, and the realities of connectivity and infrastructure. We solve problems that are closest to us first.
Early customer validation, not just ideas
YEDU currently has 5 official institutional clients, with its public website reporting 5+ institutions and 1,500+ students. YAFE had a customer before its official public launch. We validate products with real users, not slideware.

Built from Biratnagar, not around it
Yukta is headquartered in Biratnagar, Morang, Koshi Province. We are building world-class software from outside the capital, and we believe the next generation of Nepali technology companies will not all come from one city.
Ambition beyond tomorrow
Our long-term ambition is to build globally scalable software products from Nepal. We are starting with Nepal because that is where we can build the deepest understanding — and scale outward from there.
