The beginning
Yukta Applications began in 2023. The founders started with the goal of building technology products and software systems from Nepal.
Company registration
Yukta Applications was formally registered as a private limited company in Nepal.
Organizational growth
The company established a physical office in Biratnagar and grew to 15+ people directly involved across product development and operations.
Active launch & customer growth
YEDU entered its active product-launch and customer-growth phase. It currently has 5 official institutional clients, and its public website reports 5+ institutions and 1,500+ students on the platform.
Public launch phase
YAFE is moving through its official launch phase in 2026, with an early customer before its official public launch.
Nepal VAT reporting workflows
YAFE added Nepal-specific reporting workflows including VAT reports with Annex 5 and Annex 13 exports as part of its 26+ report set.
Payment integrations
YAFE is designed to support payment workflows across Stripe, eSewa, and Khalti with real-time reconciliation.
Kitchen, printing & offline operation
YAFE includes a Kitchen Display System (KDS), thermal 58mm/80mm and cloud printing, and an offline-first architecture designed for low-bandwidth environments.
Paid traineeship program
Yukta runs a quarterly paid traineeship and internship program in Biratnagar for software engineering, design, and QA trainees.
