About This Program
Our Software Engineering Traineeship is designed for aspiring developers who want hands-on experience building real software used by real people. You won't be fetching coffee or fixing spreadsheets — you'll be writing production code, attending stand-ups, and contributing to features that ship to thousands of users. Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a senior engineer who will mentor you through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and architectural discussions. By the end of the program, you'll have shipped features to production, built a portfolio of real work, and gained the confidence to work as a professional software engineer.
What You'll Learn
- Full-stack web development with React, Next.js, and Node.js
- Version control workflows with Git and GitHub
- Code review best practices and collaborative development
- Database design and query optimization
- API development and integration
- Testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Agile development and sprint planning
- Deployment and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Currently in final year or graduated within the last 6 months in CS, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (React preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Eagerness to learn and receive constructive feedback
Program Details
- Duration: 3 months full-time (40 hours/week)
