About This Program

Our Software Engineering Traineeship is designed for aspiring developers who want hands-on experience building real software used by real people. You won't be fetching coffee or fixing spreadsheets — you'll be writing production code, attending stand-ups, and contributing to features that ship to thousands of users. Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a senior engineer who will mentor you through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and architectural discussions. By the end of the program, you'll have shipped features to production, built a portfolio of real work, and gained the confidence to work as a professional software engineer.

What You'll Learn

Full-stack web development with React, Next.js, and Node.js
Version control workflows with Git and GitHub
Code review best practices and collaborative development
Database design and query optimization
API development and integration
Testing methodologies (unit, integration, end-to-end)
Agile development and sprint planning
Deployment and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

Currently in final year or graduated within the last 6 months in CS, IT, or related field
Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (React preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Good written and verbal communication in English
Eagerness to learn and receive constructive feedback

Program Details

Duration: 3 months full-time (40 hours/week)
Work alongside senior engineers on real product features

Performance review at the end of the program with potential for full-time offer
