About This Program

Our Software Engineering Traineeship is designed for aspiring developers who want hands-on experience building real software used by real people. You won't be fetching coffee or fixing spreadsheets — you'll be writing production code, attending stand-ups, and contributing to features that ship to thousands of users. Throughout the program, you'll be paired with a senior engineer who will mentor you through code reviews, pair programming sessions, and architectural discussions. By the end of the program, you'll have shipped features to production, built a portfolio of real work, and gained the confidence to work as a professional software engineer.

What You'll Learn

  • Full-stack web development with React, Next.js, and Node.js
  • Version control workflows with Git and GitHub
  • Code review best practices and collaborative development

Requirements

  • Currently in final year or graduated within the last 6 months in CS, IT, or related field
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (React preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Good written and verbal communication in English
  • Eagerness to learn and receive constructive feedback
