About This Program

Our Design Traineeship is for aspiring UI/UX designers who want to learn by doing. You'll work alongside our design team on real product challenges — from understanding user needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. You'll learn how design systems are built and maintained, how to conduct user research, and how to collaborate effectively with engineers. By the end of the program, you'll have a portfolio of shipped work and the skills to work as a professional product designer.

What You'll Learn

  • End-to-end product design process from research to delivery
  • Wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
  • Design systems and component-based design thinking
  • User research methodologies and usability testing
  • Accessibility best practices (WCAG standards)
  • Design handoff and collaboration with engineering teams

Requirements

  • Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills (academic or personal projects accepted)
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
  • Understanding of basic design principles (typography, color theory, layout)
  • Strong attention to detail and visual sensibility
  • Good communication skills and ability to present design rationale

Program Details

  • Duration: 3 months full-time (40 hours/week)
