About This Program
Our Data & Analytics Traineeship is for aspiring data professionals who want to work with real product data and derive insights that drive business decisions. You'll work alongside our product and engineering teams to build dashboards, analyze user behavior, and uncover patterns that help us build better products. You'll learn how to work with production databases, build data pipelines, and present findings to stakeholders. By the end of the program, you'll have hands-on experience with the tools and workflows used by professional data analysts.
What You'll Learn
- SQL for data querying and analysis
- Data visualization and dashboard creation (Metabase, Grafana)
- Product analytics and user behavior analysis
- Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
- Data pipeline basics and ETL processes
- Presenting data insights to stakeholders
- Working with production databases (PostgreSQL)
Requirements
- Currently in final year or graduated within the last 6 months in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, or related field
- Basic understanding of SQL and data querying
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication in English
