About This Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our SaaS products from concept to launch. You'll be the voice of the user, working closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver value. You'll own the product roadmap, conduct user research, analyze data, and make informed decisions that shape the future of education technology in Nepal. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with design and engineering teams throughout development
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success
  • Plan and coordinate product launches and releases
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management for SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog)
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working directly with engineering and design teams
  • User-centric mindset with empathy for customer needs

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ed-tech or education-related products
  • Technical background or understanding of software development
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis
  • Knowledge of the Nepal education system
  • Experience launching products in emerging markets
